Quotations and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Any unforeseen issues (e.g., blocked access, excessive debris, roof condition) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
In the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
Failure to pay within 14 days may result in late fees or legal recovery action.
Access
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the property and guttering system.
If access is restricted, WOW Gutters Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment, which may incur a call-out fee.
Liability
WOW Gutters Ltd will perform all work with reasonable skill and care.
We are fully insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects to the property or gutter system.
Any accidental damage caused by us will be addressed as per our insurance terms.
Warranties
Any guarantees on repairs or installations will be detailed in writing.
Regular maintenance is required to uphold any warranty claims.
